As stated above, is anyone else in the same boat with me? Ordered a couple of stuff the previous Saturday (16/2) and my stuff haven't even been dispatched yet. Apparently they just moved into a new dispatch and warehousing facility....
It isn't going to be easy, but it's going to be worth it.

I got a tweet from them the other day: "Dear all, we've recently moved our distribution to a new dispatch centre. Like any big move, it's taking us time to get everything rolling at full speed & there are delays on some orders. Our priority is to get all these shipments delivered as soon as possible e have therefore delayed today's planned launch of the new Spring Summer range until next week.We would like to apologise for any inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding. Thank you."

Just have to wait unfortunately.

I ordered a few things the other week; they sent me an email apologizing for the slow dispatch, and when my stuff did appear, there was a freebie snood in the box along with their apologizes.

so sit tight :-)

Maybe it is to do with Chinese New Year celebrations holding up shipments?

Yeah probably, since most of their stuff are made in china anyway.

Same here. It took forever (two weeks) and they gave me a free winter collar.
