You can get 40 or 45mm Ti bolts from Total Cycling or Toronto Cycles. I had on my Superzero before I replaced it with a 3T zero setback post.

31.6 post weighs 215g uncut. I have cut mine to 290mm, tuned the alloy parts with a belt sander (60g down to 46g), and replaced the 2 steel 40mm bolts with 35mm Ti ones (20g down to 9g). Post now weighs 173g

hanoskator, 190g for the 27.2 is what I have. Not exactly light as advertised.

I think, superzero has great possibility to cut some grams.

karelh, sorry to be so dumb. I spend about 45 minutes examined the photos. How exactly do these parts fit to the bare post? Thanks.

There is no problem with compatibility. KCNC M6 yokes, standard titanium M6x35mm bolts. The only little bit more complicated thing is half pipe. The one on the picture is made from steerer tube (31,8mm). Nowadays I let a new one done - professionaly, which will fit perfectly. If you want one post me an email.

I have one extra carbon cradle to tune Superzero. If anybody would be interested, contact me. Diameter is 25mm for potential compatibility with other seatpost.

It's the yokes that make the post so heavy...had one, and weighed the pieces..the shaft is not bad...the actual weight is way above advertised

Are there any aftermarket cradles available for this post? I'd like to tune mine. KCNC yokes + titanium screws seems a good option, but still looking for a cradle.
