I just barely got my new BH G6 yesterday, and will be building it up. I unfortunately do not have a bearing press and removing tools to take out the bb for a raw, actual frame weight. BB weight on competitive cyclist is shown at 97g, and I'm guessing the internal cable guides are around 20g. So the frame weight for my 57cm should be around 994g. Lighter than my G5, and close enough to BH's claimed weight of 900g raw (no paint/hangers/hardware for a 54?).
I'll be building up this baby with the bh's stock DA 9000 build, and will update the wheels later to either zipp 404's or reynolds 58 aeros. More pics and a list of weights to come.

Huge. It is 185mm, so I'm guessing I'm going to have to go with a -17deg stem to get my position right.
Keen to get your feedback on ride quality, finish, etc. my wife has a BH Cristal, I am quite impressed with build quality, paint finish etc. she loves it.
What wheels, group set etc you going with?

New pictures and weights.
1111g(frame+bb+hanger+bolts and plugs+removable internal cable guides) -97g(bb cups/bearings) -20g for cable guides = 994g
The bb area is MASSIVE!
Chainstay are very thin. Should be a nice ride.
The insides are very clean. Rather impressive.
172.5mm 52/36
11-28 The carbon spider is pretty cool looking.
Before with decals
After without decals
Fork, uncut. Look keo blade w/cromoly axles.
Where it is at right now. I would finish it, but I still have work, school, family, etc... to attend to.

I forgot the cages. Pleasantly surprised when they each came in at 24g.

I completely agree on the stem. It was just the one that was sent with the build. I will hold off on getting one for now till I get a proper bike fit. I broke my neck when I got hit by that car last fall, so I decided to pony up and do a Retul fit on both my road and tt bikes to help with improving my position. When I do get a replacement stem, I will more than likely get a zipp service course sl in all black.
These are 2013 Reynolds Assault clinchers. They look tons better without the ugly decals. The all new 2013 hub is still built by KT, but it is propietary and designed by Reynolds. It is 11s compatable. But with older models, since they use the same hub body for campy and shimano, I'm sure that they would also be 11s shimano compatible with a new freehub body.

I really like this frame, but there is one thing that bothers me: the cable routing. I really wish the cable would enter through the head tube instead of where it enters now on the downtube. Leaves this long section of housing hanging out there.
