Here is my 2012 Izalco Pro 3, upgraded to 3T Team Carbon Bars, 3T ARX stem, Zipp Service Course SL Post and Specialized Romin saddle.
Also swapped stock wheels for a set of Mavic Ksyrium Elite S which I'm considering swapping for a custom Wheelset
I want to try and tone down the bike, it's a little too flashy , if I keep the wheels I may peel the stickers and maybe add some white bar tape

Nice bike, but i wouldn't classify that as "flashy" at all. Its mainly all black with ghosted decals, black stem, black seatpost, black bars, black...black..black..... nothing flashy about it.
