That pattern looks very similar to the one on the new Campagnolo/Fulcrum rear disc wheel.
Thats the Shimano wheels.

And then they were nineteen.
Maybe the terms of reference are as well written for the UCI LC as they were for the UCI IC.

True, but I'm not really surprised. Just look at their two main sponsors: Itera and Gazprom. I wouldn't be surprised if some $ was passed around...

So you`re saying the sponsors bribed CAS, and that it didn`t work on the UCI?

I was thinking maybe it was the UCI's way to push up number of the World Tour teams, without much objection.
I mean now every WT event's organizer is obliged to allow for 19 WT teams, and they can't say anything against it, and anyway the UCI can respond 'what could i do'
Katusha's owner is inside of the UCI, so somehow I think all this was just for show.

No, I think it was a McQuaid power play to push Markov out as he's been pushing in on his territory a lot lately, and the CAS called him on it.

Katusha is in!!!!!!!!!!! Yesssss
I love when UCI fill them up with shit, and they do it so often. Great. Awesone. Let's see what team goes out now. And of course, that team should complain to the CAS also. Lovely.
Happy Trails !!!
