Consider the Specialized BG aftermarket footbeds that have a more pronounced metatarsal arch (the bump under the forefoot).

Also, some self-massage on soleus muscle can help a lot with sore feet. I use TPTherapy products for this, but regular foam roller or tennis ball will work as well. Maybe 5 minutes per side ought to relax them, focusing on trigger points.

Also, supportive casual shoes when walking/standing when not on the bike, and consider compression socks if you walk/stand a lot regularly.
