Frank should have claimed it was a donation, not a payment.

Why can't the judge overseeing this make a stand and just say "cheating is cheating no matter who you are, publish every name" Or give the names to WADA and let them deal with it on a global level. It just seems like they are protecting cheats for no reason.

Other sports federations are probably happy about the focus on cycling when it comes to doping.Cycling takes the heat everytime!.Football, athletics, cross country skiing etc....I bet cycling is cleaner than those sports.

Its training he can wear what he wants as long as its cycling specific. Looks like he wanted something warmer than a skullcal

John Degenkolb's Felt.

Didn't know that "Oxeon" (a Swedish company) were involved in the bike business.
You might recognize the pattern from the Bauer icehockey sticks :smartass:

Are those Shimano-branded HED rims?

That pattern looks very similar to the one on the new Campagnolo/Fulcrum rear disc wheel.

There should be a monument to Pantani ... at One Amgen Center Drive, Thousand Oaks, CA, USA - Amgen's corporate headquarters. He was one of their best customers.

IANAL but presumably there are pretty clear guidelines regarding the handling of evidence, that a judge is required to follow. People not indicted with the particular case typically have a right to have their identities protected, and this right needs to be weighted against other factors such as public interest etc. It's still a legal case in a proper court, so due process needs to be followed.

Seems in reality though, those names leak to the press more often than not anyway ...

Doping or not he made racing more exciting than people bitching on a message board about doping.
