Normal twist drills can delaminate the composite. Speed and feed rate are important

For a professional job you really want one of these.

That's a real beauty! Good choice :-) I'm thinking of doing something similar with my P2C just the other way around. Matte black on the outside, bright colour on the inside of the fork and stays. I know, I know, much less practical but I like the look :-)

If you don't mind my asking, did you sand down the frame yourself? If so how did you find it? I tried a few frame sprayers in the UK but they will only spray on over the existing paint job and not sand it down to the carbon.

My friend sanded me at the paintshop well worth it....quality is superb.

Build as is...
Ultegra DI2 mech and shifts battery and gromets.
Sram red chainset with sram rings, Planet x brakes,WCS carbon seat post,superlogic bars and Dedo Zero 120mm stem,M2 racer pedals,11-28 cassette,Kysrium SL premium wheels,Ultremo ZX 25mm with dimante vittoria innertubes.

15.7lbs

To be added for final weight, KCNC seat post,seat clamp,Swisstop pads, 1kg 4crosswheels Ventoux 11-23 dura ace cassette,Slr Tuned Saddle,Kcnc Ti squewers,KCNC ceramic jockey wheels,KCNC Cobweb Rings....

to be 14.8lbs...

So Here it is finally,my Finished Project.
In the End I was Lucky enough to get some support from Reynolds Uk so ended up with a pair of 32's and pair of 46's
Running schwalbe tyres and ultra lite tubes with dura ace 11-25 cassettes, In the end the weight comes in dead at 13lbs with ti bolts where ever I can put them,Cobweb rings,Carbon pedals and 1 bottle cage.
Pictured it weighs 13.78lbs
