What do you guys think about this?

135mm disc compatible frame + SRAM 11-speed XX1 hubs & cassette + Shimano 11-speed Dura-Ace drivetrain

You'll probably have a hard time getting the DA mech to handle 42 teeth.

OK, then put the 11-speed DA cassette on the 135mm SRAM XX1 hub. How about that?

The XX1 hub is not going to take the DA cassette.
I'm sure there will be a disc hub for 11spd eventually, with the disc-for-road hype and all.

OK, so just use an SRAM XX1 cassette that is an 11-28 or 11-30 instead of an 11-42.

Those ratios do not exist (as of yet).

You can just get a DT Swiss 11 speed freehub and put it on a 240 disc MTB hub. Then you can run all Shimano bits.

Or, hold out a couple of months and see what Sram might have up their sleeves. (but of course even if something is announced, it won't be shipping right away).

...or how about this...

135mm disc frame
+ SRAM XX1 hub
+ SRAM XX1 cassette 11x34 or whatever
+ 11 speed Dura-Ace drivetrain w/ a longer cage on the rear derailler. I think somebody makes an aftermarket thing for that.
