Been on a business trip to Torino.... why the heck is no one riding an italian bike here?
Mainly Ridley and Scott people ride here (and even it is cold, they do bike).... Where is the nationalism by riding a Colnago or maybe a Bianchi or so???

If they are as expensive over there as they are here, then there is your reason. Nationalism only goes so far when you don't have the money :)

Hi Stang,

Very nice frame - good to see green for a change.... however.... I would start your own thread with the build progress and just post a piccie of the complete bike on here...

Also that Time stem - hmmmm it actually goes really well but just a shame it is TIme branded, a bit like having a Pinarello stem on a Colnago but thats just me being picky...

And finally... those Zipp cages, how do you find them? I bought a pair and the quality was terrible, they hardly held the bottles in?

But all said it will be a great machine....

Do you have a saddle yet? I may just have one that will fit perfect..... :D

Lig.

I think it looks brilliant. Time is still a components company and tons of people ride their pedals.

Super nice paint job. C59 is just such a nice bike.

What a good looking bike! It makes me very happy to see such a classy bike! One of (if not the) most beautiful paintworks ever on a bike.

Always white tape on road bikes, or any special bike you mean?
