haha yea really similar to yours nice work its a fine looking bike..
one thing i question is your chain choice.. the record chains are awesome. i could save a few $$ and grams with an aftermarket chain and cassette but the campag stuff shifts so darn well i just couldn't bare to compromise that in any way
good work

thanks guys
sugarkane - yeah...saw your parlee and realized its so similar in components Hopefully mine will be as beautiful as yours! Mine will probably look duller.
Chainwise....most of my bikes are running campy chains and i've only started using the KMC chain 2 weeks ago on a new bike. Shifts really well. No difference as compared to the campy chains. This YBN chain is also new to me so i will see how this goes. Hopefully it will have no issues with shifting just like the KMC. Will let you know how it shifts if you are interested. (from what i tested during the installation yesterday....shifting was smooth like campy. no sound / no error / tuning was as per standard procedure.)
still got to figure out how to slot in the carbon rails. My becker rails are not 'oval'...it seems more rectangular.....going to use a dremel drill to file the shape of the rail on the clamp. I'll try this method first and if it fails, i'll go find the clamp as suggested by ozrider. Not going to compromise safety on the seat post cos if the saddle/clamp fails....you all know where its gonna hurt!
keep you all posted.

The MFCK seat clamp is a super upgrade over the parlee item just make sure you get a 12mm high one as the std 15mm version over hangs 3mm and can crack.
I think I'm going to replace my present z5 with an SLi later this year. Will stay mech sr until they get the battery internal and get an SRM for my THMs..
Look forward to the final product here!!

You need to get some o-rings on those ilinks too they'll cut that lovely frame to shreds other wise

Just collected the bike this afternoon!
Had some problems with the tuning of the bike and turns out it was the clamp that was causing the problem with the Front D shifting. Switch to the campy clamp and all is sweet now.
Some other parts were changed as well during the build up and here are the final parts.
Frame - Parlee Z5SL - XS with short headtube
Fork - Enve 1.0
Groupset - Campy SR11
chainrings - Praxis clover 53/39
Crank - THM Clavicula M3 (170mm and 130bcd)
Brakes - THM Fibula
Chain - YBN 11speed - now campy record chain
Handlebar - Enve
Stem - Enve
seat post - Enve
Saddle - Becker Carbon
cables - i-Link
Wheelset - LW blk edition
Tyres - Vittoria Evo corsa CX
Bartape - OGK 0.7mm
bottle cage - aerus cage (sand down to matte black)
pedals - Time iClic Titan
Seat post clamp - storck carbon clamp
Front d clamp - campy clamp
compression plug - carbon Ti
Final build weight - 5.55kg as per picture.
*sugarkane - thank you very much for all the replies thru PM. your pics as well as advice was very much appreciated! Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the bike with me as well.

Really crazy bike, but don't the tape look a little wonky?

I agree. The bike build is pretty awesome, but the tape could have been ended further away from the stem. At least have the EVNE fully uncovered. But otherwise great build!
