Great concept, but DIY with chinese 1kW motor will be 10 times cheaper. For that price you can get http://www.zeromotorcycles.com/ that is probably my dream motorbike.

..and here's one of the clown bikes in action...the rider is nicknamed Coco, but he did 350 miles Geneva to Nice through the Alps in October on it - Chapeau!!
