Yes, they have a 2mm lower stack height.

Anyone have miles on these yet?
Is sizing same as previous model (r315)?

I have about 1000 miles on mine. They run true to size much like the R315's did. They are honestly the most comfortable shoes I've ever used right from my first ride (even before before having them custom fit). Also, the new Dynalast technology that Shimano developed seems to have real validity.

nice! I'm near their Akasaka shop but they didn't have the size I was looking for. Instead, ordered a pair of 241-WE via Amazon JP. I would have gone for the 320's but I already have custom carbon orthotics so....
The facts, while interesting, are not relevant.......

Stack as above is lower - yep
Though Arch support is higher - which makes these shoes feel incredible compared to R315

The shoes feel more planted, and secure on the bike than the r315's. Amazing job shimano.

PS - Competitive Cyclist has the R320's currently on sale @ $189.98

Anyone else think that these run large? I got a pair of 44.5 (had 315 in 44.5). Thinking I could drop to a 44-

I'm still waiting for blue detailing on the white shoes. Think they only use it on silver shoes though... will it ever be used on white?! I live in hope

This! I got mine from backcountry (same outfit, same price)- they arrived earlier this week, I got them set up and I did a computrainer ride this evening. They are really, really, really impressive shoes.
