I peeled the decals off my EC90 wheels and used acetone to remove the residual glue. I used a scotchbrite pad and some elbow grease then buffed them clean with a cotton t-shirt.
Not a closeup but the results were clean.

*TUTORIAL* Removing EA90 SLX Decals
Moderator: robbosmans
Anyone ever remove the graphics on Ultegra 6700 wheels? The graphics do not seem to be decals or stickers, rather laminated or something directly to the wheel and definitely cannot be peeled off.
Is this similar to the OP's EA90 SLX wheels? Wonder if acetone would work on my Ultegra 6700 wheels.

Same. I want to remove the DT SWISS working off my GRC 1400's, god knows why they paint those huge gaudy logos on stuff it just spoils it. All satin black would be cool but white, yuk some bike product designers have zero taste whatsoever.
