Is that climb thats frozen over also cobbled? That some hardcore riding!

Here is a pic from my recent time in SoCal
Image

Its from the top of Latigo canyon in Malibu, probably my favorite place in the world.

Kind of a stark contrast to my ride from yesterday back in dreary ohio

Timo, we need to meet up for a ride... I am usually free Fridays and Saturdays (for now). I don't know if you have ridden up here in North Holland, but I have not done any riding around Amsterdam yet. If you show me around, I'll buy lunch.

Sounds like a plan! Especially now that the snow is melting. Fridays and Saturdays are usually free for me too. I'll send you a pm

Actually, that's where I had to walk (hence the ice-packed cleats)

Timo, where's that ice-covered section? I'm guessing somewhere in the dunes, but I'm pretty sure i've never been there and it seems like an interesting section of road :)

Exar, it's the path between Overveen and Zandvoort (the one that starts at Kraantje Lek)

Thanks, "monkeyboy". It's the old sugar factory in Halfweg near Amsterdam. My granddad (1908-1982) worked there more than 40 years. The mirror effect on the ice makes it very special

In Sweden "Rekorderlig" Cider is what the Brats are drinking. You must be the opposite. And you live at the opposite. :P
