out of curiosity, why did you get the MCFK bars designed for bar-ends if you do not use bar-ends? i'm awaiting delivery on a set of MCFK bars (not for bar-ends). just curious if there is any reason to get the bar-end version (better in a crash)?

how do you like that stem-steerer combination? i'm evaluating lefty steerer options but do wonder about failure (of steerer or lightweight stem) during hard XC riding or racing.

I have a pair of bar ends which I didn't install them right now. But they'll be on the bike probably for nationals. I have MCFK 640mm not for bar ends and I chipped one the sides as shown in picture.

As for the MCFK steerer , It feels the same as the OPI only difference is the weight. I will start racing pro/cat 1 here in Texas so it should take a beating, I bet it'll hold up just fine.

My MCFK 31.8x600mm looks exactly the same, if it suffers a hard beating, it's not the reinforced ends that will save it.

Hello! i have a Flash 29er carbon my 2013, size M. I want to install theXX1 groupset. The xx1 cranckset BB30 q factor 156 is ok for my bike or i have to buy the BB30 q factor 168?? please help me. Thanks a lot, i'm sorry for my bad english..
