I have a force crankset. I put a q ring as the inner chainring only. Ever since them I've been throwing my chain only goog front small to big, it throws it over.

I've had it adjusted three times and it doesn't do it on the stand, nor does it do it every time for me. I would say 3-5%.

Is there anything I can do or do I need to put my SRAM back on?

Or could I put an outer q ring,

Or could it be the derailleur?

My tip is to mount a Q-ring outer too. Otherwise you get a bit small gap on the top of the small chainring. Made to work together, not separate.

+1 on two rings. The ramps are all wrong otherwise.

This also goes for having two q rings in the right position. A had my bottom bracket worked on and realized the mechanic put the rings on wrong which would lead to throwing the chain if they aren't lined up correctly according to the instructions.

SRAM force .

Ok, I do like the ring, I just didn't want to invest in both if I didn't like it, but now that I've tried the one, I like it, so if they will work well together that's fine.
