Assuming that TMR01 is size 54, with a top tube of 54cm, then understandably he will need a long stem and a lot of setback. Notice the toe overlap there for a 178cm guy.

As part of photographing bikes at TDU for our next issue are tech guys measured a few bars…

Henderson is on 36cm (he said he saw the GB track guys in London using them and decided to give it a go)
Hansen is on 38cm

Oh neat, did not know they switched their shoe sponsor. Cool to see Gaerne on a well known team, haven't seen too many of them lately

If you look back at some of the other pictures of guys on the BMC team this season, it seems that all have gone down a size or two and are running more setback (in reference to how it looks on the frame) and longer stems. Lots more classic bars as well.

I think, know that we are going to see more and more teams riding the "San Remoesque" skin suits this season. Notice Greipel, Durbridge, and now TJ. This is where it is at guys, more aero.

P.S. I will also be racing in one of these this season. Castelli.

I was racing with skinsuits for last two seasons. You all are old.

Did you also noticed only a few teams are riding the Dura-Ace 11spd?
Most of them are still on 10spd.
Katusha is not using the new Canyon bike neither, still the old CF SLX frames.
