I would need light chain guide for 38T chainring. Where is lightest one...?

Very difficult find weights of chain guides. There is one: http://www.bike-x-perts.com/en/product_ ... _id/131932 , but it weights so much.

Is anywhere titan/carbon guides or something lightier ones?

Contact this guy on ebay. He makes custom guards in any size you need and they only weigh 50-100g:

Lightest would be either a custom guide from Mattias at Experimental Prototype or the Helium Components guide (which I designed, link in my signature line)

Yep, but now i'am using 69g Rohloff. So what's the point to change it?

But heavy as you need to use the Hope chainwheel with the attached chain guide ring/bash which will add 40g over a single chainring.
