Thanks to the guys on here, I've made a few modifications. I've got the weight down to 13.38 lbs, with cages, garmin mount, pedals, and clinchers, on a 58 size frame! So, that's good. I could save a little more by cutting the new seatpost, as well as make some better tube and tire choices probably. Not sure what else though, so suggestions are most welcome.

Only drawback now is that my bike is not quite as pretty as it once was or as other bikes that get posted here. It's not ugly I don't think, but style tips that don't add weight would be appreciated too!

I know. It's too "happy" I think. It is very quick though. I should just be happy with that...

Nice ride!

I would suggest ditching the red tires......also, I like matching cockpit and seatpost. So a matching Zipp seatpost would be nice.

The difference between your bike and some of the others on here is the cohesion of the parts. That being said, who cares! If your bike is light and fast that is all that matters.

Good points. The black tires might help. Matching Zipp seatpost would add 40g but look better.

I would probably go with black cable housing too. In my experience, if the frame is bright and busy, black accessories look best. So black tires, de-stickered rims and black cable housing would go far to make it look more cohesive. Let the frame be the star.

EDIT: black tape and saddle would look good too.

I'd agree, black out the cockpit (the black/white seat still works for me) and cables, ditch the red tires and wheel decals and it'll look much cleaner.

The post isn't a big deal, but if you can, flip the stem and it'll look a little meaner, more business-like.

No, sorry, and I lack the skills to get everything off myself...

I love the busy look. It makes your bike more of a "sleeper". If I was on a group ride with you I'd probably think you were riding a 16lbs bike, (without get a close look).

I think your bike would've looked better if you have gone with 60 instead of 58, but there is nothing wrong with your setup either.

I'll post a new pic. I've got the decals off the wheels and the tires blacked out. Black bar tape is next. My fitter doesn't want me to flip the stem though due to back and neck pain issues.
