Nope. Perhaps the drop required necessitates a smaller frame, hence the stem length?

Yeah it looks that way. If you judge it off the top of each wheel.

Just had a chat with a friend a friend the other day. He was certain that is was completly straight. I beg to differ.

How do they wear arm warmers, leg warmers, vest and then no gloves? I have to wear gloves well before I require leg warmers .

It's actually not that cold. If you keep the core warm then the hands and feet will follow.
