i am in the same boat i want to know about the engage brakes also, i have 2013 reds and i am trying to cut 100 grams off those but i am a bigger rider so i need something that is going to stop me. I am not the biggest fan of the ee look. Someone sanded the engage brakes down and then never commented on stoping power of the brakes.
