I have a 2010 Helium and I love it. The only bike I've ridden which is better is a Parlee, which I find to be a more forgiving ride on the bumpy concrete we have around here. The Helium is a hill climbing beast.

A few weeks back I noticed small cracks developing underneath the chainstays where they meet the BB. I took it to the local distributor and in a few days they agreed to a warranty replacement. 8,000 Hong Kong dollars later (1,000 US dollars, including 400 US for postage) and I am eagerly awaiting my upgrade to a Helium SL. They reckon 2-3 weeks. According to my LBS (not associated with Ridley) this is a pretty good time scale for this part of the world.

So there you go. A good bike and a good warranty.
