Clement Ultra Slick (states Puncture Resistant Belting) - what is it a rebrand of?? (same factory as Vittoria/Deda at a guess...)

Thought Clement came from the Tufo factory? Though that might just be the CX tyres.

Think those are the newest ones. These are clinchers. 700x23. Will add a pic.
