For internal battery, you should find a RC helicopter battery (fits in the seat tube) and do some soldering.

Link?

Thanks man. I'm still debating with myself if I should invest some CeramicSpeed bearings for the wheels and BB or change the wheels to Zipp 404 FC Beyond Black.. A bike is NEVER finished.. :D

Start with the BB! Shimano BB bearings are some of the worst things you can put on a bike!

Upgrades for 2013:

Painted the rear-droput and frontDR cage black
Sanded the stem and bars
Homemade velo-plugs
Zipp Vumaquad (sanded down)
Carbon Ti expander
Carbon Ti topcap
Lower FSA dustcap (painted)
New Ultimate Evo seatpost (sanded down)
Berk SLR saddle
Tune Wassertrager
Ti spindles for the Speedplay
Continental Supersonic tires (not pictured)

6.629grams

With some lighter tubes I could get it down to around 6.5kg.
Fairly okay for a size 57, Di2 with 1600+ gram wheelset, if you ask me.. :P

Beautiful bike and a very fine and nicely proportioned setup.

How you found ride with "naked" Selle Italia SLR Kit Carbonio Flow? Was any difference in comfort?

Started wet-sanding with grit 180, until almost of the clear-coat is gone. Then grit 360, 500 and last 1000. Gave it 4 thin coats of matte clear-coat, and then finally, very lightly sanded the "bumps" off with some grit 1200 and lots of water.

Not much more different, maybe 5% harder and 5% more slippery. Differently still ride-able...

If I may suggest, going for the black bolts would be the next step towards the perfection in this already very nice looking rig.
