Just bought the same frame, along with Sram Red 2012 group. I will be running Sram s950 BB30/BBright cranks, which work out 14g lighter than Sram Red12+GXP adapter.

I have gone for 3t ltd seatpost + bars and a 3t pro stem.

Will post photos in next couple of weeks.

Which Red crank do you compare to?
If it is the new one, I'm not so sure whether 14g is worth of compromising the shifting performance.
What about the 951, which comes with the new chainrings?

Sram Red12 GXP Compact 175mm @ 577g

Yes a s951 crank would be nice, but I've run s950 before with a 7900 front mech and 6700 chain - Shifting is fine.
