I'm thinking about purchasing a three month time trial training plan, mainly to keep me focused and consistent.

Anyone ever used one of these:

Time Trial Booster 1

or Jeb Stewart's Improve Your Time Trial

Thanks for any info.

I have personal experience with RST, albeit not with the generic plans. I would say that you probably find both effective to a point but I would pick RST because of my history with them (it was a good history!).
