fashion wise: not fond of look either however paired with the correct frame, it could look spectacular..hmm thinking lugged, black, weaveey...

would go with impec noble niceeeely

Different but not unsightly IMHO. I think they have an exotic boutique look and will function surprisingly well. Lets give this small shop a chance in bringing something different to the table. Having all mainstream equipment is boring.

Looking forward to see tests. If all it takes are three carbon rods (which presumably can be produced fairly efficiently in large quantities), then everyone who has been inventing new shapes, and investing in alu forging, or CF molding, has been overengineering it.
