Hi, After lurking for a few months I finnally signed up. I have a 2nd gen Jim Merz steel Allez. I still have all of the stock components, but my goal is all sram red with farsports wheels. with a target weight of 15.1 lbs. Things I have updated:rear jigged to 130 mm and a cassette rear wheel, 3t rotundo bars(31., Ritchey stem, speedplay zeros, and shimano cartridge style pads on the front. I am not the richest guy so it will take some time. I have a dt swiss 240 (20 hole straight pull) front hub that I will be using in the wheel build. That is all-David
