Very impressive, but aside from the weight, it is not UCI-compliant on a number of grounds.

Is he actually clipped in with cleats?

I think so - They look pretty custom

Yeah this has been floating around for some time.

Other than being amuzing, notice the video is shot on a downhill slope (but it's not easy to see). So on flat or slightly uphill, seems you can't really ride it.
