Looking for the main asian manufacturers, but I only find 30.7 mm as smallest.

Any brand making some sub 15 g one for 28.6 mm ?

I'm not looking for the uber expensive carbon stuff.

You can get a Thomson for just over $30 shipped.

Kalloy for $15 shipped.

And few others in that price range. Even adodized red.

Louis, the closest I found with some quick google-fu was the BBB strangler, the 34.9 weighs 22 grams; maybe you could replace the main bolt with Ti and get close.

Not shure the Thomson is that light..

Kalloy looks to be 25g +...

USE makes seat post shims that would allow you to use a 27.2 post. They work well.

Not quite as light as you would like to go but 28.6mm seems limited. The Hope clamp is 18 grams.

@eric, the 28.6 mm diameter is external to the seat tube (steel bike).

The seat post diameter is 26.8 mm.
