New Year's Day at Hillingdon, SW London.

My team was in the top 5-10 riders the whole race until a rider from the back came through on the second last lap and took a team mate, myself and a few others out. Not pleased to say the least as we had a very good prospect of placing well.

I was (still am) training with some cat 1/2's so I had the mindset to just assume people knew what to do...but I learned quickly.

The first thing you should assume in the lower categories is that no one knows what they're doing.

off the front in my first collegiate A's race putting pressure on the field (my teammate got into the break which lapped the field and then I led him out for 2nd place after going off the front 3 times taking primes)

nah this was Red Trolley, I didn't race Boulevard because I was working the race the whole day (registration, corners, etc.) My teammate who I led out for 2nd at Red Trolley also won the collegiate A's at Boulevard in a solo break though

Not recent but this was on a 10 mile PB of 21:54. These days I just do TTing on my road bike for fun.

Edit: Resized pic as it was a little big.
