Frameset has been ordered! Now the waiting begins. Size small, should be under 750g.

The guys at my LBS spoke very highly of this frame after the rep brought in a demo. If it is half as nice as they made it out to be, then you should enjoy that a lot.

Some bits in the sales for later...

Continental Race King Pro 26x2.2 Tyre
Continental X-King Pro 26x2.2 Tyre
Stans No Tubes Standard Tubeless Kit
Paceline Buh-Bump Heart Rate Monitor Cream
High 5 Zero Hydration Tablets

and a very cheap and hard wearing Shimano HG53 9 Speed Chain & Shimano HG50 9 Speed 11-34 Cassette for training through the winter to save wear & tear on the good stuff I use for racing

Giro Empire!

Hey guys!

Tried my Empires today on a trainer session, the shoes feels really good an light. Grips the foot in a way I never experienced before, tight and light.

Only thing that I struggled with was the tension of the laces, it's actually not a problem but it will take a couple of rides before I find the sweetspot. Love the looks and if you are considering them, just buy them ;-)

Cheers

2012 Argon 18 Gallium Pro size medium. Been saving up for an evo but found one of these at a price I couldn't pass up. Should arrive sometime next week. Pretty excited coming from an '09 Madone that didn't fit too well.
