Moderators: MrCurrieinahurry, maxim809, Moderator Team
Hello guys.
Here's my new project. 2011 CAAD10-1 anodized frame, 58cm.
Here's a "in process" picture:
Specs when it's done:
Groupset: SRAM Red (Force front derailleur)
Stem: Ritchey WCS 4-Axis, 110mm - Blacked out
Handlebar: Ritchey WCS Curve, 42cm - Blacked Out
Bartape: Lizard Skins DSP Race, Black
Fork expander + Topcap: Carbon-Ti
Headset: Stock Tange Seiki w. STS bearing cover
Seatpost: Thomson Masterpiece 27.2, 330mm (Will cut it down)
Saddle: Selle Italia SLR Fibra Team, All black
Bottlecages + Bottles: Arundel Mandible Matte Oil Slick + Camelbak Podium
Chain: KMC X10SL
Crankset: Cannondale Hollowgram Si Sl, 175mm 53/39
Pedals: Look Kéo Blade Carbon Ti, 16NM
Cables: Alligator I-links
Brakes: Planet X Ultralight CNC, black
Wheelset (Race): Enve 45 Clincher w. custom black decals
Wheelset (Training): BHS Superlight Wide / DT Revolution / Velocity A23
Skewers: KCNC Titanium
I'm still waiting for crankset, bartape and cables. I'm really looking forward to see how this bike performs. The target weight is around 6.8kg
Also looking for a SRAM Red Black rear derailleur as it would finish the stealth look.
Happy new year!
Cheers

Coming along beautifully brother! Did the cranks arrive yet?
What kind of top cap assembly will you use?

I only train on days that end with "y".

Why the love for alu?
And if I ever meet an aardvark, I'm going to step on its damn protruding nasal implement until it couldn't suck up an insect if its life depended on it.

Ride a CAAD10 and you'll know. Hell of a race bike.
Looking forward to seeing this one finished.
I have.
And it's a joke... My statement about alu frames, that is.
Do you need a smiley to understand?

It's the perfect ww caad10 frame. I would have got one if it was available with the 105 spec. Could you be persuaded to go with another setback seatpost, maby a 3T Dorico Stealth. That kink on the Thomson hurts the asthetics a bit.
It's online again:The Machinist
