A little anti-McQuaid rant

Pinarello's are the anti-weightweenie pro bike.

Team Saxobanks Chris Anker Sørensen and Michael Mørkøv, as well as Michaels younger brother Jesper. Interesting to see Michael on a Stevens bike with Shimano. Cross bike?

Edit: I'm not in this picture - just a Facebook friend that uploaded it.

Well Cav is on quite a bit different setup then the last few seasons (Yes I am a Cav fan boy).

Zipp bar and stem, no more Pro. (I am guessing a zipp bar, but we all know the bar could change to pro with help from a sharpie)
Looks to be on specialized saddle (at least in to promo shots) no more airone
Specialized shoes, I wonder if Nike has stopped all cycling "production" or was this part of the deal with specialized??
And the biggest is on Sram.

Wonder what, if any changes we will see after the first couple of races?.?.?.

Haha. The Merida and Cannondale greens are both quite barfy, aren't they?
But I do think the Lampre-Merida is a good solution. The 2012 kit was great, and the 2013 keeps it and adds Merida. Wonderful italian style colour clash.

The Sky kit looks very Rapha. :welcome:
I see Micky has found a pic of the full kit. Why don't we have New Years Day granfondos in Norway? ...oh I know.

still a barf green added as a "patch" because
pecunia non olet
especially for Lampre and especially to still float in the World Tour

Rapha Sky? I hope they didn't hire a design guru for that, the jersey looks like the ones they give at some granfondo, tight, good looking and aero oriented but when used not for a TT race as useful as wearing a trash bag.
Real value 10€ even if proudly made in China (as Rapha? )

All OPQS riders have to ride Specialized shoes, saddles, and go through a BG Fit- its in their contracts. Cav will use the Zipp stuff likely as it is owned by Sram. I doubt he needs ridiculously stiff bars- probably just a way for PRO to charge more for stems once they figured out amateurs would do anything and run anything to look pro
