2013 lapierre spicy 516 - getting the weight down

sorry for asking such a general question, but any advice on getting the weight down on a
2013 lapierre spicy 516? It would need to be fairly robust for enduro racing (scotland trails/french alps)
but at the same time a bit lighter than it is (29lb).
