Get the 6.7s and some aican cables.. It'll make your super record shift like magic and the 6.7s will make you faster. Eps won't make your bike any faster. And until its starts getting hacked or campag comes to the party it's worth waiting until eps has an internal Battery solution.

Hard to go wrong either way, I have a set of 6.7s and absolutely love them, especially on flat to rolling terrain. I'm currently making the switch to electronic shifting and initial impression are that I love its consistency and flexibility (bar top shifters, etc) but I'm too new to give a true reccomendation.

The Enves are a significant upgrade over the Cosmics. I'd go gor the wheels.

EPS will not provide you any real life advantages imho (besides not having to think about how to spend your hard-earned cash anymore).
Get a bicycle. You will certainly not regret it, if you live.

+1 for the wheels

If you want to get faster: power meter and/or a coach.

Yea they are!

The shifter housing has the same Id as the brake housing.. Which means there is next to zero friction.. This equals  shifting..
It takes already great shifting and makes it snappier and crisper. It's a marked improvement over even the std campag cables.
