So i was originally going to build my first WW bike based on a Pro-Lite Cuneo with a 3T Funda Pro fork, but then i found a too good offer on a unbranded tapered carbon frame in 3k weave with integrated seatpost. I have always desired a frame with ISP, but avoided it because of the troubles when it comes to traveling(flying). But lucky me, if i remove the cranks it fits right in the bike suitcase, HURRA!

I'm hoping to reach a bit under the UCI weight limit at 6,8kg, but we'll see.

Now on to the build.

Build list
Frame sz. 52 - 1174g (including headset!)
Tapered fork (still needs to be cut about 2cm, to get all slammed) - 381g
Sram Red cranks 172,5 (with black Sram Force chainrings) - 475g w/o chainrings
Sram Red shifters - 280g (including hoods)
Sram Red RD - 136g
Sram Red FD - 70g
Sram Red cassette 11-28
Tune Cappy seatmast - 73g
Prologo C.one.50 - 157g
Planet X carbon bottlecages - 45g

In the mail
Wheelset - Kinlin XR200, Dati hubs, CX-ray 24/28, radial/2x (all silver) and yellow Veloplugs - Hoping it will end up below 1300g

To buy list
3T Ergonova Pro bars
LizardSkin DSP 1,8 tape (white)
Tune GumGum expander
KMC X10SL chain (GoooooOoOOoold)
Planet-X Ultra Light brakes (black)
Look Keo Max or Blade
Ceramic GXP box

I can't decide on a stem. I have three in the run, Zipp Service Course SL, 3T Arx and Deda Zero100. Does anybody know it it's possible to remove logos from the Deda?

this should turn out really stealthy... is it just me, or does that look like a Fuji Altamira?
I write the weightweenies blog, hope you like it :)

Disclosure: I'm sponsored by Velocite, but I do give my honest opinion about them (I'm endorsed to race their bikes, not say nice things about them)

I'm pretty sure it is. It also has the Neco headset, so let's just say that this is the FM-015.

I really like the looks of that frame, it's a shame though that it doesn't have icr.

The rear brake cable runs internal  But yes, it's also one of my only complains.

Anybody have some sugestions on a good light shiny black stem? Budget doesn't allow for Extralite unfortunately...

Exciting project Patrick - looking forward to see the finished bike :)

I'm gonna do a very similiar build on my CAAD.

PS: You're gonna get tired of that white bartape ;)

Thanks, Mads! I'm pretty exited about the build aswell.

I've chosen to go with the white tape to match it with the saddle.

Maybe i'll get a black saddle and then some crazy colored tape just to get some color in the mix.

Looking gooooood, Patrizz... "stealth" is the way to go...

My advice on the cockpit is to go with a complete 3T - the Arx is stiff AND cheap AND if you by the Team version you can get it in an all-black version.

I know a guy who once did this with pink bar tape... and then he grew up to become a real man, and switched to black :D

I'll stick with the white, and see how i like it, after all it's just bartape.

I like the cranks! Have those been painted or is that raw carbon with a clear coat?
