Moderators: MrCurrieinahurry, maxim809, Moderator Team
Spent months debating, finally made my mind up, still open to suggestions / changes though.
Original Build List (Final Build List In Post Below)
Frame: Wilier Cento Uno SR (Black, Medium)
Wheels: Campy Bora Ultra 2 (no decals)
Tyres: Veloflex Roubaix
Skewers: Enve
Bars: Ergonova Stealth 44cm
Stem: Thomson X2 110mm - black
Seatpost: Wilier issued Ritchey
Saddle: Selle SMP Dynamic (red)
Shifters: Campagnolo Super Record 11sp Mechanical
Brakes: Campagnolo Super Record 11sp Dual Pivot
Rear Dr: Campagnolo Super Record 11sp Mechanical
Front Dr: Campagnolo Super Record 11sp Mechanical
Chain: Campagnolo Super Record 11sp
Crank Arms: Campagnolo Super Record 11sp 110BSD, 170mm, Titanium Spindle
Chainrings: Rotor Q-Rings 50/34
Pedals: Look Keo Blade Carbon
Opinions / suggestions?
I really wanted electronic SR, but the price difference was just too big. I also think the tanned sidewalls will offset the modern carbon look (I hope ....)
Pictures to follow.

I vote for ritchey wcs stem and wcs classic or ecoxurve bars alu or carbon. You already have ritchey seatmast and headset.
Superlogic carbon stem would be great but expensive and you 'll have to wait maybe.

That superlogic stem looks amazing. Pricy though. Will check out availability as it would look great next to the matt black carbon of the frame. I was worried that the Thomson would be too shiny next to the matt frame. 3T might be the choice with the price factor added in.
I vote for Ritchey Stem and Bars if they work into your bike fit and ergo preference.
Super happy with my Cento1SR.

Ok so bike brought, built and in my hands. 4 month wait is over. Only rode her for a short while today, but first impression is that she rides beautifully (but I would say that).
Caveat: Vittoria Paves will be changed to Veloflex Roubaix, just haven't got round to it. Saddle will be replaced with a black version. Still waiting on the Q-Rings.

The green Pave tires look great with the red accents on the frame. You should keep them on there for the winter.
Going to a black saddle will look better. The red one is a bit much.

FWIW; my Quarq SRAM S975 GXP wouldn't fit on my Cento 1 SR. Not enough clearence for the sensor ring.
