Great bike. I use my "7 year old" Storck C1.1 as my winterbike. Still a great ride.
Your bike should have high carbon wheels because that would even look better.
I would use white dsp tape and and a white saddel.

Im not a big fan of high carbon wheels. So the bikes looks like i want it to.
