Wow, that's beyond pro level... if it is for any significant amount of time.

You are also outrageously skinny at that height too. Also given you're 17 and you've probably got a fair amount of muscle on you then your body fat must be alarmingly low? You're the same weight as me and I'm 166cm.

My fat percentage is 12,2%.
My legs are also not muscular at all, they are like the skiniest in the entire peleton..

The 6.92 kg/w is based on a test in which the wattage was gradually increased, I eventually reached 407 watt (Sitting, not standing up.)

You have a lot of fat. For a cyclist.
For what time period did you hold that power? 3 minutes? ;)

12% is well below normal and looks pretty lean. People have a misconception of body fat due to grossly inaccurate measuring implements.

27 years
76-78 kgs - at the moment
178 cm tall

My weight swings quite a bit, I guess it's because of DOMS retaining more water post-workout. Would be fun to see what'd happen if I went without training for a couple of days.

@trychle and Tapeworm, sorry, I was a bit arrogant about fat % and power. My friend ws measured with 10,5 & fat. But looks like he`s got none of it!

Started the training at the first of November, plus went all plant based meals-160 starting lbs.. Weighed in last Saturday at 149, and still feeling great. Weight is coming off, strength is still there. Feeling really good, should be another great season. 5'-8 1/2" tall.
