75degree STA, 52TT, IIRC 115mm HT
It has the same wheelbase and front center as our 54cm TT bike with a 74deg STA and 135mm HT.

The early Isaac's were 54.5 top tubes and too big for me.
Seat posts are a bit high on some before I set up properly
Others 52 to 53.5 top tubes
I'm 170cm on a good day.
Got the Cinelli last Friday.
