Teflon Mick

Saxo-Tinkov certainly seem less concerned about their riders or staff members past than SKY currently are (which may, or may not, be a good thing).
Could this new addition put Saxo in Worldtour status for 2013? Last I read, they were something like 100 points shy from being accepted.
Some race organizers have also said that they would give wildcard invites only to members of MPCC, so Saxo could be out of the grand tour game next year - a huge dissapointment. I really want too see Contador at the Tour this year.

Nope. I've read that the deadline for that has long passed. It might still help them get one of the remaining slots though. Give them an edge over the other teams that are being considered.
Re: Rogers
Wasn't his contract at Sky meant to be good for another couple of years still?
The world tour points thing sounds like quite a possibility, maybe Saxo-Tinkoff want someone who'll actually be a fair bit more useful on flatter stages and TTT's
Maybe Rogers can't stay with Sky simply because of the Ferrari connection, regardless of whether or not any doping actually took place?
Or maybe things are just gettin' real dirty

Looks like Cavendish likes his new OPQS teammates.

A light bike does replace good fitness.
All I see is Cav taking a nap at the airport. Am I missing something?
I do not speak Slovak, but it looks like he was just dog-tired from shooting missles all day..
