Excellent finish on the paint, do like!

Only question, why those hubs? Especially on those rims?

Bang for buck. Cheap and light. Basically that's it.

What would you have liked me to use.? It's not to late lol

Mind sharing the cost? That's probably the best repaint I've seen on a CAAD yet

Have a look through Madcow's hub reviews. With nice Zipp rims I'm just surprised you're going to lace them to some average hubs.

Better hub will certainly be worth a minor weight penalty (if it comes down to that).

Im not lacing the cheap hubs to ZIPP rims, I have the 202's as ZIPP standard, and the clinchers are a cheap set I built with the STANS alpha 340's, surprisingly they have been bullet proof for my 65kg.

Paint job was under $600

Great looking build! What is the spoke count on the ZTR wheels and how are they holding up for you?

so how will better hubs be better? stiffness and static capacity?
I write the weightweenies blog, hope you like it :)

Disclosure: I'm sponsored by Velocite, but I do give my honest opinion about them (I'm endorsed to race their bikes, not say nice things about them)

In everyday training mode with the clinchers bottle cages garmin sensor and cut down steerer with the EVO 5mm top cap as pictured its 6.82kg. I have some Cannondale C0 bars coming off a bike in a few days, and if they are lighter ill put them on and possibly a few more minor upgrades. Should now be under 6.5kg with the zipp 202's

If you want light al bars you don't get any much lighter than an Easton EA70 and the graphics are easily removed with acetone. Around 260g in 42cm and cheap. About the Cannondale/FSA expander that is seriously heavy. You could save about 40g with an Extralite exander and light carbon topcap. Easy grams.
