Try my friends at Verge Sport. They own their own production facility, have multiple levels of performance clothing, and have low minimums.

Our team has used Champion Systems for 5 years now.
Good quality and good prices.

The more you suffer, the closer you get to transcendence.
It's not the mountain you're climbing, it's yourself. If you don't want to know, stay at the bottom.

If you're in the US try Mt Borah (mtborah.com, Coon Valley WI). Quality and service top notch, handmade in Wisconsin factory. 6 piece minimum, no minimum on reorders with same design. Their website says they're currently 7 weeks out though; not sure if you're in a hurry.

Good prices...but you get what you pay for in this regard. Our team uses champ-sys and all I really wear when not racing is the jersey or wind vest if it's chilly - can't stand the bibs! We have the entry level bibs, and they're good up to 1.5 hours, sometimes 2, depending on the previous day's mileage...but they CREATE the worst saddle sores. It takes 3 days of Assos to heal 'em
Anyways, I'd say try the higher quality stuff if you go with champ-sys, I haven't tried it yet. Also, their zippers get stuck pretty regularly, which is a pain when unzipping jereys/vests while climbing no-hands. The hill really gets steep when you can't get good leverage!
I only train on days that end with "y".

Yeah, we've been using the upgrade "Endurance" chamois, too, with good success.
Also consider that fit/comfort of a given chamois pad can be somewhat like fit of shoes.
What works for me certainly may not work for everyone else.

It may be time to tell the New Jersey (no pun intended) committee to simply look into upgraded chamois', rather than a new manufacturer....Hmmm....

Last year our team used Ascend (http://ascendsportswear.com/custom/custom-program/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) which turned out really good! We got a personal designer to do a custom design for us for free, and it was the best looking design we've ever had. Quality of the jerseys was equal if not better than Voler (which we used the year before), and the turnaround was much quicker.

Verge or BlackBottoms should work.
Verge, I know, has A LOT of different options.

I had good experience with the art department with http://jakroo.com/ -- they did a nice preliminary design for me... slightly premature, in fact (I'd just asked for preliminary info, not a full design).
They're Northern California.
