Orica GreenEdge has a Tri team??
(joking, joking... but seriously - sleeveless kit?)

(nothing wrong with Triathletes, I have massive respect for them)

Sleeveless kit - aka - gillet. Tan lines are horrible. All the pros I ride with always do it when its blistering hot out.

Aw, shot down in flames.

Bailing out with a new theory: GE have watched too many concert videos by that merry band of predominantly british expats.

It always puzzles me how some riders, especially pros, manage to keep their toes warm when their other kit seems to suggest quite chilly conditions.
I know there are several inner booties and super-merino-wool socks or whatever, but they have never been sufficient in my case.
