That's my eventual plan. Get rid of my CX bikes and get a set of these for my Stumpjumper. Then next season hydraulics will have hopefully matured enough and use the same set. Probably not tubular though

As mentioned, you could do the Enve 29 CX rims. Those laced to some King or White Industries hubs could be pretty sweet.
I have a set of planet X 50mm CX wheels with 32mm Racing Ralph tubes.
Very happy with them. Not the lightest, but a lot better then my original clincher wheels.

Before buying my planet-X wheels, I did some research on chinese wheels.
1) very very hard to find chinese rims with disc hub
2) if you find them, the manufacturer doesn't advise cyclocross or light cross-country
But that was alomost a year ago, maybe things are different now.
All I can say is that I really enjoy my Planet-X wheels and they are very very comfy (I think part if it because of the tubulars)

Although I am using carbon disc tubulars from Farsports, a recent post in a thread discussing Chinese wheels on another site revealed that the trading company Yoeleo (doubt they are a manufacturer), now offers 23mm wide, 38mm deep carbon tubular rims as well as a wheelset based on the same rim with 6 Bolt Disc Brake hubs.
