In the US for example, the answer might be US Post, or FedEx or UPS. The going rates are fairly common and well known for carrying out such a task.

This is a common query people -- dont make it sound more difficult than it really is!

Then why not state where you are shipping the frame too rather than just saying the EU as prices may differ depending on distance from Italy and whether it can go via land or air to get there.
