Here we have Raphael Gagné of Rocky Mountain Bikes showing us that getting off your bike to clear the barriers in a CX race is for chumps..

whoa AND with a water bottle....

last race of the year for me. and before you comment about the rapha skinsuit.... i won a video contest and they sent me it, so of course im going to wear it! haha. All season i never got tired of the "hey that's not jeremy powers" heckling :D

Are all cross races like this, around there? The course is rather uneventful and practically no tape?

I don't have a powermeter yet, but I believe in season form I could do 20watts more. For next season I hope to get 400w for that time. That is avg power for whole 'race'.

if not from a power meter then where is that number coming from....
