Thanks monkeyboy... I've also just joined strava cycling. It's an app for Android or iPhone that tracks your progress and you can share it online. I'm considering getting a garmin 500..Any thoughts?

For best prices? Sniff around on Wiggle/CRC/Probikekit and http://www.assosfactoryoutlet.com/
Others are listed here: http://www.assos.com/en/114/buy-online.aspx
I get mine from Norwegian web shops to avoid customs fees. Not being an EU member complicates certain things.

New Park tool Chain checker, and Park Tool Chain disconnector.
5 new KMC X11sl Chains to stock up the Garage a little
Azzuro Torino for my eldest as a first roadie, and the seller threw in Merida shoes and indoor Tacx Trainer both in brand new condition for free. Shoes fit my youngest daughter perfect.
Fuji 650 as a first roadie for my second youngest.
Both picked up for next to nothing in perfect condition, from separate sellers of Fleabay.

Good choice! I've been using my p2m with rotor 3d crank for more than a year with no problems.
